David Kerr: Quality / Technical Manager

David has been with the company for over 25 years. David was part of the original development of quality management systems, starting with ISO 9000, through ISO/IEC Guide 25 to ISO/IEC 17025-2005 at QCSS. He has worked all facets of QCSS from repair and calibration of hand instruments to the calibration and resurfacing of surface plates. David understands that QCSS needs to be and is a leader in dimensional metrology in order to meet our customers quality needs.

Dan Leonard: Operations / Sales Manager

Dan has over 28 years experience in Design, Tool Die, Special Fixture, Metrology and inspection work. He worked at Autoliv, a tier one supplier as Senior Design and Build Specialist and in the Tooling industry as a Lead Design and Build Toolmaker, specializing in injection Mold building prior to QCSS. He has experience with ISO, QS, TS and ISO 17025 as a Lead Auditor, procedure author and setting up calibration areas Dan's background enables him to assist customers with all types of instrument and measuring problems and gives him a good grasp of "real world" challenges in manufacturing.

Kerry Payne: Senior Metrologist

Kerry has over 37 years in the Metrology and inspection fields. He has been with QCSS since 1990, and prior to that he worked at Stewart Warner 17 years as Calibration Technician, Inspector and Test Laboratory Technician for 17 years. Kerry completed training in CMM operation and has held Top Secret security clearance. He has a complete understanding of the use, practice of a wide array of instruments both in the laboratory and manufacturing environment.

Rocky Edens: Senior Repair Technician

Rocky has been with QCSS since 1978 giving him over 31 years experience repairing precision instruments. He has a degree in Tool & Die design and worked at P.R. Mallory as a Mechanical Draftsman prior to QCSS. With his wealth of experience he has seen it all in the repair of precision instruments.
